We are proud to offer prompt shipping services to our customers. Shipping times vary depending on your location. For customers in the USA, your order should arrive within 4-7 shipping days after it has been shipped. For worldwide destinations, shipping times are typically 12-15 days.

Please note that these shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on various factors such as weather conditions, peak holiday periods, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you updated on any delays and provide you with a tracking number for your order.

Shipping Fees

At Jovame, we offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. For worldwide shipping, a flat rate of $13.99 is charged for all orders. Please note that this fee covers standard shipping services. Expedited shipping services are available at an additional cost, which will be indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track the progress of your order on our website or on the carrier’s website.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Return Policy
